• Do I need to have an account to use Humtastic?

  Yes. We have simplified the registration process for practitioners while making sure that we provide a safe place for our members and practitioners.

• Why should I register with Humtastic?

  Humtastic was created by practitioners for practitioners. Simple and straight to the point, easy to book, personalized real-time service without the marketing and administration cost to reach new patients. It’s everything you would expect.

• How do I get paid?

  Your service fees will be credited to your bank account within a week of the session's completion.

• How can I offer free or discounted-fee sessions for members?

  Many of our practitioners share our mission to democratise wellbeing globally, making it accessible to everyone. To help achieve this goal, you have the flexibility to choose from the following options:

  1. Offer members a free first session to lower entry barriers.
  2. Provide session packages at a discounted rate to encourage affordability.
  3. Set and adjust your service rates at any time to suit your mood.

• How can I edit my profile?

  1. Log in to your account to access your dashboard.
  2. Click on the  “My settings” section.
  3. Edit the section of your profiles and then click “Save”.                                                                                          

• Can I offer in-person sessions?

  Yes. If your specialties require meeting your patient in-person, we will notify our members and the “In-person” icon will appear on your profile.

• How do members find my profile?

  Your profile will appear on the Humtastic platform to members searching for the specialties you offer. Furthermore, the detailed information in your profile, which members can filter by, makes it easier for them to find you and ensures that your expertise aligns with their specific needs.  

• How many specialties should I list?

  We know that many practitioners specialise in multiple fields and continually expand their expertise. That's why you can add all the specialties you are certified in and authorised to practice.

• How many areas of focus should I list?

  You can list all the areas of focus that you are specialised in.                                                                                                       

• How do I know if I have appointments?

  You’ll receive email notifications whenever a member submits a booking or reservation request. (and yes, you can turn those notifications off if you’d like. We don’t want to overrun your inbox, but do want to let you know that people are booking your services).

  Additionally, you can visit the "My Sessions" or "My Reservations" tabs in your dashboard to view all your upcoming sessions and reservation requests at a glance.

• Can I take direct bookings?

  Please don’t. It comes at a high cost to our members and your fellow practitioners. We give you the opportunity to decide on your fees, and provide you with a platform that allows you to interact with members, introduce you to new clients, and facilitate the growth of your practice. We hope these advantages will convince you not to accept direct bookings.
  

  In accordance with our terms of use, any practitioner offering direct bookings will be removed from our platform. We value the trust and collaboration within our community and encourage all practitioners to utilise the tools provided to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.

• Can I cancel a session?

  You can cancel any session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the “Overview” section.
  3. Select the session you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on “Take Action” and choose “Cancel Session.”
  5. Confirm your cancellation.

  After confirming, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

• Can I have multiple profiles on my account?

  Yes. Based on your specialties, your profile(s) will automatically appear on the corresponding sections of Humtastic.

• I’m browsing with Safari and noticing some layout issues. What should I do?

  Our website is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. While we work to ensure compatibility across all platforms, some users might experience display issues with Safari. We recommend switching to an alternative browser for the optimal viewing experience.

• What are the two types of profiles available for practitioners?

  We offer two profile options designed to meet your specific needs and goals:

  1. Essential Profile: A great starting point to showcase your expertise and connect with potential clients.
  2. Pioneer Profile: An all-in-one solution for practitioners looking to expand their reach, access premium features, and streamline their practice.

• What does the Essential Profile include?

  The Essential Profile is a great starting point for practitioners who are beginning their journey or exploring the platform’s basic features. It provides:

  • Profile Visibility: Highlight your key specialties to connect with potential clients.

  • Connection Tools: Engage with clients through inquiry forms and initial conversations.

  • Community Access: Join a network of like-minded practitioners and benefit from shared insights.

  • Resources: Access tools to help you get started and navigate the platform.

  Note: Essential Profiles do not include advanced features like payment processing, analytics, or priority exposure.

• What are the benefits of upgrading to a Pioneer Profile?

  The Pioneer Profile is tailored for practitioners who want to grow their practice and access exclusive tools. It includes all the benefits of the Essential Profile, plus:

  • Full Profile Visibility: Showcase all your qualifications, specialties, and reviews to attract more clients.

  • Payment Processing: Seamlessly connect your payment gateway to accept bookings and payments directly.

• Can I upgrade from an Essential Profile to a Pioneer Profile?

  Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time through your dashboard. The process is seamless, and you'll be notified as soon as your new profile is activated.

• Is Humtastic easy to set up?

  Absolutely, no installation needed. Humtastic is 100% web-based, so you can access it anytime, anywhere, from any device with an internet connection.
